Premier Canadian Business Solutions was incorporated in 2007. PCBSI has been providing capacity building to organizations and leaders in Greater Toronto Area and Internationally. BCBSI provides workshops, seminars and conferences and couching leaders. BCBSI assist organizations with strategic & fundraising plans; grant writing, organizing events, board and staff training, monitoring and evaluation.

Our role in providing you with capacity building support depends on your context, capacities and the type of task, challenge or need you want us to address. As such, we adopt multiple or mixed roles on a continuum ranging from implementing to facilitative.
